A few months back Mallory started asking about playing volleyball. A couple of years ago when Mallory was Morgan's age, she played with our old neighbor at a local club that has a tots program for K-3rd grade. Well she wanted to play again and Morgan wanted to join in. It is a 12 week program, practicing once a week and two Saturday "tournaments". This past weekend was their first tourney!
Both girls were chosen to be "team captains" of their teams. Mallory's team finished 1st while Morgan's team finished 3rd.

The "tournament" consisted of three on three. The kids would attempt to serve then the other team could catch the ball in the air or let it bounce once. Then they would toss the ball to the target and get outside ready to hit. They would then catch a toss from the target and toss to themselves and hit it over. So funny! Here is Mallory hitting it over.

The girls did great and had a lot of fun. I am still laughing at the difference between the two of them. Mallory is so serious, running to every spot, listening to every word the coach had to say. Meanwhile Morgan is looking at me, looking at the score, smiling at me after every play. Cracked me up!!
