I was reading my Southern Living and saw an ad for Schlitterbahn Galveston. In the ad they showed they are open year round due to their indoor, heated area for winter time. We decided to take the girls for the day and it was a blast. Not only did they have a kid area, the girls were able to ride the lazy river/wave pool, swim in the hot tub and go down the "big" slides with mom & dad in the tubes.
